Shipping

Shipping for Silvia's and anything smaller is via Australia Post. Shipping for anything larger is via TNT Road Express. Local pickup is possible from Cremorne, NSW. With Australia Post, you have the option of shipping standard or express. To calculate shipping costs, add your items to the basket (you will have to register or login) and select the shipping method you would like. You can go through this process without actually finalising the purchase if you simply want to work out the exact shipping charge. If you login at a later stage your basket will still be there, ready for you to make your purchase.

	If an item is marked as "In stock at warehouse", it will take 1 or 2 days longer to ship to you than an item that is "In stock at showroom".
	An item marked as being in stock at showroom is available from our Cremorne Showroom and will ship either on the same working day as the order is placed or the next if the order is received late in the day.

Payment

For shipped items we accept direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For local pickup, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Warranty

All items sold on this site are covered by Jetblack's 12 month parts and labour warranty. If an item is found to be defective in design or construction it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
