Shipping

We choose to ship everything with insurance so that if it goes missing, or is damaged, you won't be left disappointed.

Shipping for Silvia's and anything smaller is via Australia Post. Shipping for anything larger is via TNT Road Express.  On some articles, both methods may be available so select the option that suits you best. To calculate shipping costs, add your items to the basket and enter your postcode in the mini cart at the top right corner of the shop page.

Local pickup is possible from Cremorne, NSW.

	If an item is marked as "Ships Same Day", it will be sent the same day as long as the item is bought before 11am. After this, we will try to get it out same day, but it might go on the next working day.
	An item marked as "Ships in 1 to 3 days" is in stock at one of our Australian warehouses so can usually be sent to you within 3 working days.

Payment

For shipped items we accept direct deposit, Visa and Mastercard. We used to accept American Express but now we don't because their merchant fees are too expensive (in our opinions). For local pickup, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express (with 3% surcharge added).

Warranty

All items sold on this site are covered by Jetblack's 12 months parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty and post warranty service can be arranged in each capital city and most larger regional cities. There is usually no need to ship the machine back to us.
