The Isomac Professionale is our entry level grinder for home use. It has the same conical burr set as the Isomac Granmacinino but uses a hard plastic burr carrier rather than the metal carrier of the Granmacinino. In practice this plastic burr carrier seems to be reliable enough for domestic use.
In some cases in it's standard configuration it does not grind fine enough for espresso. We unbox, test and where necessary modify the Professionale to ensure that it does go fine enough for espresso.
If you are looking for a good entry point for coffee grinder for home espresso, the Isomac Professionale (as tested and where necessary modified by Jetblack Espresso) is a good option.
