Thank you Jetblack Espresso, for stocking this genuine original part, sourcing one was easy, but were all interstate, and up to a week in delivery. Being I am from the lower North Shore, JB was the closest, and were open on Saturday, and I could pick it up too! This steam wand needs a few uses, and cleaning it is so easy. Will last forever if taken care of.

I recently purchased a Silvia steam wand. A day or so after installing it I noticed that a small part was missing. I contacted Jetblack by email about the missing part. Their response was to take ownership of the issue and within an hour they had sorted the problem and the missing part arrived in the mail the next day. The measure of a good business is about how they deal with problems when they arise.
