The Rancilio Silvia home espresso machine is a fantastic single boiler machine. One of it's advantages is that there is a well established after market in modifications. And one of the most popular modifications is to fit a PID controller to provide tight temperature control of the boiler temperature which enables a more consistent espresso extraction and more consistent steam power.
The PID kit that we fit controls the brew temperature and steam temperature.
If you already have a Silvia you can get a separate PID kit for a Rancilio Silvia.
We install it on a brand new Silvia and provide a 12 month warranty on the PID'd Silvia. We generally have one in stock ready to go, but if this item is marked as "check for ETA" there will be a lead time of up to 3 weeks.
