*We recommend taking the grinder apart for cleaning every month or so (more often when working with darker or oiler roasts). Use warm, soapy water and a small scubbing brush (an old toothbrush will do!) to remove residual grounds and oil, then rinse all pieces with clean water and allow to dry fully before reassembly.*
