Equipment Enquiries - in store
Please email or phone ahead so that we can discuss your requirements. We should be able to come up with a shortlist and possibly even decide on the perfect equipment package. If so, we can arrange freight and most packages qualify for free shipping or we can do in stock pick up.
Our Showroom Is Open
We currently have a limit of 16 people in our showroom space. Upon arrival, please ensure you 'check-in' using the QR code by the front foor, santitise your hands and be mindful of social distancing when moving about the showroom.
Click and Collect
Where possible, we appreciate if orders can be placed through the website to limit person to person contact times. Please select "pick up" as the shipping option. We will email you when the order is ready to collect (same day for all in-stock items). Please email or phone if you have any enquiries about this process.
Due to restrictions in Europe, some of our machines are being affected by manufacturing and shipment delays. Of those models affected, we are currently taking back orders. If you wish to secure a machine from our next shipment, we recommend placing a back order. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order.
Online orders and freight
Where an item is in stock, online orders are unaffected and continue to be shipped out daily. However, some delays may occur with Australia Post or Sendle deliveries within Australia.
International orders will experience delays. Please check the current service updates from Australia Post and DHL Express (origin = Australia (except Melbourne)) and choose the service that suits you best.
The workshop is in full swing conducting services and repairs. To check in a machine or grinder for service, please pre pay the check in fee online and follow the instructions on the check in fee page. This will make the in-store process faster.
