Workshop "Check in" payment. This is paid when the job is checked in to our workshop and comes off the total amount at the end of the job.

To book your service, follow the steps below:

  1. Process the above payment for the check in fee (one fee per piece of equipment).
  2. Click here to send us an email with details about the work required
  3. Bring the machine to us including the portafilter, filter basket, water tank, drip tray etc (if you would prefer not to have in-store contact, call us from your vehicle to alert us you are here and we will come out with a trolley)
  4. Our workshop will email you once the work is completed and the machine is ready for collection

Our servicing turn around varies depending on how busy we are, we can advise you of the estimated timing when you drop off your machine.

Jetblack Espresso Professional Service

Over the last 10 years or so, I have taken my coffee machine to Jetblack in for a professional service and/or repair. On each occasion the machine was returned to me fully functional, the coffee I made was so much better than before. I can recommend them for your coffee equipment service or repairs.

ECM Service

JE fixed s leak in my ECM and serviced the machine as well. Their service was efficient, polite and thorough. I think the machine is now working better than when i bought it. I am extremely happy with JE and would recommend them with the highest confidence.

Espresso machine service and repair

I paid my $88 deposit, delivered my 3-year old machine and was informed the service and repair would take around 10 working days. 3 days later I received an email saying the machine was ready! The machine came back in pristine condition, just as if I'd just bought it. The service appears first-class, and the repair has worked perfectly. I wrote several emails asking some questions about modified behaviour, and received prompt and helpful responses back. A perfect experience in every way (well, apart from the amount of traffic on the M1 - but I can't hold JetBlack responsible for that)!
