Workshop "Check-in" payment. This pre-payment comes off the total amount of the service/repair invoice.
To book your service, follow the steps below:
- Process the above payment for the check-in fee (one fee per piece of equipment).
- Click here to send us an email with details about the work required
- Current Service Time Estimates (subject to change dependent on technicians available and volume of bookings):
- Sydney (Frenchs Forest): The estimated turn around is 4 weeks. We are open 9-4 Monday to Saturday. There are trolleys for your equipment available in the car park or showroom. If you are unable to bring in/collect your machine in person, you are welcome to organise your own courier - please notify us if this is the case so we can know to expect it!
- Newcastle: Estimated turnaround 2-3 weeks
- Wollongong/Kiama: Estimated turnaround 10-14 working days. Kiama Technician will be away from the 5th February until the 14th February which will impact this turn around time. We recommend contacting us before dropping off your machine.
- Brisbane: Estimated turnaround 7-10 working days. Brisbane Technician will be away from the 23th February until the 4th of March which will impact this turn around time.
- Hobart: Estimated turnaround 7-10 working days. As of Tuesday, 16 October 2025, our Hobart workshop will be operating from a new location. During this transition, turnaround times may be longer than usual while we complete the setup of our new, improved workshop. We recommend contacting us before dropping off your machine. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this move.
- Melbourne: Operating from 6th March 2026. Estimated turnaround 7-10 working days.
4. Our workshop will email you once the work is completed and the machine is ready for collection.

Profitec 500 Service
By: John Lees on 11 June 2025My coffee was overdue for a service and I took it to Jet black Espresso Kiama last week. The service was performed very promptly, I picked it up the following day. The machine is now quieter, valves and levers very responsive and the brew is more consistent. The problem I was having with water condensing inside the machine is now resolved as well. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Jetblack Espresso for any service or repairs.
