Workshop "Check-in" payment. This is paid when the job is checked in to our workshop and comes off the total amount at the end of the job.
To book your service, follow the steps below:
- Process the above payment for the check-in fee (one fee per piece of equipment).
- Click here to send us an email with details about the work required
- Bring the machine to us including the portafilter, filter basket, water tank, drip tray etc. Call us when you have arrived. There are trolleys for your equipment that we'll use for contactless drop-off/pick up.
- Our workshop will email you once the work is completed and the machine is ready for collection
Our servicing turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are, we can advise you of the estimated timing when you drop off your machine. We aim to keep turnaround time under three days.

Espresso machine service and repairBy: Paul Thornett on 15 June 2020I paid my $88 deposit, delivered my 3-year old machine and was informed the service and repair would take around 10 working days. 3 days later I received an email saying the machine was ready! The machine came back in pristine condition, just as if I'd just bought it. The service appears first-class, and the repair has worked perfectly. I wrote several emails asking some questions about modified behaviour, and received prompt and helpful responses back. A perfect experience in every way (well, apart from the amount of traffic on the M1 - but I can't hold JetBlack responsible for that)!
