The Ascaso Baby T was born from the Barista T in a move to bring Ascaso's commercial line to consumer. The Baby T is extremely temperature stable with a heating system that functions similarly to a heat exchanger but with a few key differences. The brew water drawn from the tank through the steam boiler, where it heats to a temperature of 80¶øC, before passing through a thermodynamic group that heats your brew the rest of the way. This system guarantees always clean and fresh water at a constant and precise temperature (+ - 0.5¶§C), whether you're pulling one shot or fifty!

The nominal tamper size for this machine is 58mm, however you will get the best fit in your machine's basket by purchasing a 58.55mm PreciseFit tamper.
