The Lelit PL043 coffee grinder is a good quality conical burr coffee grinder which is guaranteed to grind fine enough for espresso and can also be adjusted easily for plunger or drip.

The PL043 can now be ordered with MicroMetric stepless adjustment (Model PL043MMI). MicroMetric adjustment is widely regarded as the most accurate method of adjustment for espresso coffee grinders. The MicroMetric adjuster works via a worm gear so that a turn on the adjustment knob results in a small change to the actual grind size. This allows the barista a great deal of control over the grind size.

The Lelit Combi has the PL043MMI grinder (with MicroMetric adjuster) built in.
