Great Service

My espresso machine required some servicing. I am not resident in the Sydney area. My issue was dealt with over the phone and via email. I was rapidly put in contact with the staff in service/parts department who identified the problem and arranged for the repair. I was grateful for the friendly and professional way I was treated. The issue was corrected without delay and I was very happy with the outcome.
