The Not-So-Fine Print

• Accidental damage, misuse, or tampering is not covered
• Not available for pre-loved equipment
• Limescale damage is not covered – ask us about water filtration/softening
• Scheduled services must be completed on time (Year 2 & Year 4)
• Plan must be purchased before the end of the second anniversary of purchase
• Grinder burrs (if required) are an additional cost
• Brands covered: Profitec, Ascaso, ACS, Rocket, ECM, Rancilio, La Pavoni, Expobar. (Most models of these select brands. Single group machines only.).
• In the event of a fault (leak, malfunction etc) the machine must be switched off and the issue brought to our attention in a timely manner to avoid damage including rust, further component failure etc.
