We will usually match an Australian price
If you have found the same item cheaper and it is in stock with an Australian seller, tell us and in most cases we will match it. Send through a link to the listing and we will let you know where we stand.
We cannot match overseas pricing, or a price on stock that nobody can actually supply. Beyond that, it is worth asking rather than assuming.
Free shipping on machines and grinders
Shipping is free on every coffee machine and grinder we sell. It is worth factoring in when you are comparing against a cheaper listing somewhere else, because freight on something this size and weight is rarely trivial — a lower headline price can easily end up costing more by the time it arrives.
Clearance and run-out stock
Separate from the seasonal sales, we run a permanent clearance section: superseded models, ex-display machines and run-out colours at reduced prices. Stock is one-off, so it changes constantly and the best items go quickly.
Hear about offers before they are advertised
Our newsletter is where sale dates and one-off clearance stock go out first. It is the single best way to get ahead of a sale rather than finding out after the machine you wanted has sold. You can subscribe from the bottom of any page on this site.
Gift vouchers
If you are buying for someone else, a gift voucher avoids the guesswork and can be used on anything we sell — machines, grinders, beans, accessories, servicing or a barista course. Vouchers run from $10 to $2,000.

Why our prices work differently to a big-box retailer
We sell, install and service every machine in our range from our own workshop, and we carry parts for machines going back decades. That is the part a discount code does not cover: a cheaper price elsewhere is worth less if nobody can service the machine in three years.
Two-year parts warranty on Profitec and Ascaso, including five years on Ascaso thermoblocks. Other brands carry a 12-month parts warranty.

Does Jetblack Espresso have a discount code?
Every discount we are currently running is listed on this page, and our sale pricing is applied automatically at checkout rather than held behind a code. If you have seen a code advertised on a third-party coupon site, it is worth checking here first — those listings are often expired or were never ours.
Do you price match?
In most cases, yes, provided the item is in stock with an Australian seller. Send us a link to the listing and we will tell you where we stand. We cannot match overseas pricing or a price on stock nobody can actually supply.
Do you charge for delivery?
Not on coffee machines or grinders — shipping on those is free. Smaller items such as accessories and beans are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
When is the best time to buy a coffee machine?
Black Friday is our biggest sale of the year. In 2025 the largest single saving was $1,801 on an ACS Vesuvius Evo Leva. Outside that, clearance stock is where the sharpest individual prices turn up, but it is one-off and unpredictable.
