By: Peter RenkertCeado E37J on 28 April 2023Works well but is taking 15+ secs to grind 18g of Ethiopian beans. That is nearly double the suggested time Could there be a problem? D

The Ceado E37J - An excellent espresso grinder
By: Stephen Kemp on 11 November 2020After spending some time researching various grinders, I finally settled on the Ceado E37J. My choice was mainly based on the solid build, low height, ease of cleaning and hands-free timed dosing, After one month of ownership I can confidently declare that this is the best grinder I have ever owned. The most important aspect in espresso coffee delivery, the shot quality has never been better and this was from day 1. It's not the fastest grinder taking 14-15 seconds to grind 20g. While the burrs are wearing in, the grinds come out a bit lumpy but this is getting better after about putting around three kilos of coffee . I have no regrets about this purchase. If quality is what you are looking for then this grinder won't disappoint. Plus: Excellent shot quality, easy access to burrs for cleaning, low build (for those with overhead cupboards), solid construction with little plastic,, ease of programming Minus: Grind adjustment lever a bit stiff, a bit expensive compared to similarly spec'd grinders, burrs not pre-seasoned (Ceado has stated that pre-seasoning burrs adds cost), I was supplied with a white rather than black model (this was quickly resolved)

By: Mal Walker on 13 August 2020I have used Mazzer Mini and Compact grinder and this is by far the quietest Machine. Very clean, I use to use a funnel from orphan espresso but not needed for this machine
