The Bezzera Duo is a dual boiler machine with PID control. This PID'd machine controls the temperature of it's copper 1L steam and 0.45L brew boilers as well as it's actively heated group head. The Bezzera Duo has a rotary pump, and is switchable so it can utilise the inbuilt water tank or plumbed water delivery.
