The Lelit PL043MM coffee grinder is a good quality conical burr coffee grinder which is guaranteed to grind fine enough for espresso and can also be adjusted easily for plunger or drip.

The PL043MM has micro-metric adjustment which is widely regarded as the most accurate method of adjustment for espresso coffee grinders. The MicroMetric adjuster works via a worm gear so that a turn on the adjustment knob results in a small change to the actual grind size. This allows the barista a great deal of control over the grind size.
