ACS Machines for Hands-On Espresso

ACS machines are built in Naples for home baristas who want more control over the shot than a typical domestic machine allows. The brand sits in the prosumer space, between household and full commercial equipment.

Minima, the Compact Dual Boiler

The Minima fits a coffee boiler and a larger steam boiler into a small stainless steel body, so you can pull a shot and steam milk at the same time. It uses an E61 group head, PID temperature display, a shot timer and a vibratory pump.

Vesuvius and the Lever Machines

The Vesuvius offers pressure profiling, with control across several phases of the shot. The Vesuvius Evo Leva and the Ventus are lever machines, while the Vostok is a manual lever with dual boilers, PID control on the group and both boilers, and a quiet rotary pump. Levers reward patience and give you direct feel for the shot.

Choosing Between Them

Think about how much you want to steer the extraction and how much counter space you have. Water quality matters as well, and the Vostok should be run on softened water, so ask us about your supply before you buy.

See Them and Keep Them Running

Many machines and grinders are on display in our showrooms and can often be demonstrated. Our workshop services espresso machines, and the ACS Parts collection covers common replacement items.

Frequently asked questions

The Minima is a compact dual boiler machine with an E61 group head, PID display and shot timer. The Vostok is a manual lever machine with dual boilers, PID control on the group head and both boilers, and a rotary pump. They suit different levels of hands-on control.

The Vesuvius Evo Leva, the Ventus and the Vostok are all lever machines. The standard Vesuvius offers pressure profiling instead. If you are comparing them, ask our team and we can explain how each one feels to use.

The Minima has a dedicated steam boiler, of around 2.3 litres, plus a commercial-style steam wand, so you can steam while a shot is running. That makes it a capable choice for cappuccinos and lattes in a home kitchen.

The Vostok should be run on softened water, not distilled or reverse osmosis water. Water needs vary by model and by local supply, so check with our team about your water before choosing a machine.

Yes. We list ACS control boards, valves, pumps, heaters, gaskets and more in our ACS Parts collection, and our workshop can help with servicing. Match the model and the ACS code in each listing, or ask the team to confirm a fit.
