Coffee Grinder Parts and Replacement Burrs
Grinders do a lot of mechanical work, and the parts that cut, carry and control the coffee are the ones that wear. This range covers replacement burrs, hoppers, control boards, gears and other components, with Mazzer making up the largest share.
Burrs: Know What You Are Replacing
Burrs are the most common replacement. Match the diameter, whether they are flat or conical, the rotation direction and the mounting pattern to your grinder. A mismatch can mean burrs that do not fit or do not feed. Listings in this range state sizes such as 58mm and 64mm and note whether they are genuine or generic. Genuine burrs are designed to restore the original grind character, while generic burrs may be a cheaper alternative.
Signs It Is Time
Burrs are due when you need to go finer to hit the same shot time, the grinder sounds louder, clumping and static increase, or the cut edges look rounded and shiny. After fitting, expect to reset your grind setting, and run a small amount of cheap beans to bed them in before pulling shots.
Boards, Hoppers and Gears
Control boards, hoppers and gears are model-specific, so use the part codes in the listing titles when you can. Our workshop services grinders, and our team can help with compatibility and fitting.
