ROK manual espresso makers and accessories
ROK machines are lever-driven espresso makers, so there is no electricity, no pump and no heating element to worry about. You supply hot water and the pressure.
How the EspressoGC works
You pour hot water into the top chamber, lift the arms slowly to pre-infuse, then press down to push water through the coffee. It rewards a fine grind and consistent technique, since there is no gauge and pressure is judged by feel.
Grinder and accessories
Fresh, fine grounds matter, and the ROK Grinder is a hand-powered option with conical steel burrs. Accessories here include a naked portafilter, a beech tamper, a milk frother and a competition screen, which suit people who want to refine the process.
Who it suits
ROK suits enthusiasts who enjoy the process and want a portable setup, but it is not the quickest choice for several shots in a row.
