Parts for Anfim Grinders

Anfim designs grinders for professional espresso, and its machines are found in cafes and restaurants. The company is based in Milan and part of the Hemro Group, with a range that includes the Alba, Luna and Solida models.

Burrs and Blades

Our Anfim listings are a 50mm burr set and grinding blades marked Dia 54, D.64 Left and D.75 Left. The numbers are the size in millimetres, so they need to match your grinder. The 54mm burrs suit the Best and the 75mm burrs suit the Super Caimano, but listings can vary by version, so please confirm your exact model before you order. The Left marking on the 64 and 75 blades is worth checking with us as well.

Knowing When They Are Tired

Burrs and blades dull gradually. Watch for a less even grind, espresso that tastes flat, shot times that drift, and edges that feel blunt. It is worth starting to check at about half to three quarters of the burr life rated for your grinder, so ask us for your grinder's figure.

Jetblack Support

Our workshop and spare parts store can supply and fit grinder parts. For burrs from other makers, see the All Grinder Burrs collection.

Frequently asked questions

Match the number in the title to the size of the burrs or blades in your grinder, whether that is 54, 64 or 75. If you are unsure, send us your grinder model or a photo and our team will check the listing against it.

The word Left appears in the 64 and 75 blade titles as part of the product description. We would rather not guess what it means for your grinder, so send our team your model before ordering and we will confirm which listing fits.

Look at your grinder's manufacturer burr life, and begin checking from about half to three quarters of it if flavour matters to you. Signs include a less even grind, flat tasting espresso and shot times that drift without any recipe change.

Many people do, but fitting depends on the grinder, and burr alignment affects the grind. Our workshop can supply and fit parts if you prefer. Unplug the grinder and clear any beans before starting any work.

Our All Grinder Burrs collection includes sets for Mazzer, Eureka, Compak, Macap, Rancilio and other grinders. If you cannot see your model, ask the team and we will check whether we can help.
