Fellow Brewing Gear

Fellow is a San Francisco company that makes kettles, brewers, scales and other tools for people who care about how their coffee is made. The look is minimal, but the products are meant to be used every day. This selection gives you three ways in: a pour over kettle, a cup and a drip brewer.

Stagg Pour Over Kettle

The stovetop Stagg has a long, tapered gooseneck spout and a counterweighted handle, both aimed at slow, controlled pouring over a bed of coffee. A thermometer sits in the lid so you can see the water temperature as you go. It suits gas and electric stovetops but not induction, so check your cooktop first.

Aiden Precision Coffee Maker

The Aiden is a drip brewer with PID-controlled heating. It has adjustable temperature, bloom time and pulse count, preset profiles by roast level, and an app for saving and sharing your own recipes. It suits someone who likes the flavour control of pour over but wants a repeatable routine.

Pairing Fellow With the Rest of Your Setup

Filter coffee rewards a good grinder and fresh beans as much as a good brewer. Our team can talk you through grinder options for filter and espresso, and our barista courses cover the fundamentals if you want to build confidence. Visit a showroom to ask questions in person.

Frequently asked questions

The stovetop Stagg is suitable for gas and electric stovetops but not induction. If you cook on induction, check the product page and ask our team about alternatives before ordering, so you are not left with a kettle that will not heat.

The Aiden is a programmable drip coffee maker that heats water with PID control. You can choose preset profiles for different roast levels or build your own, adjusting temperature, bloom time and pulses. The carafe loses heat fairly quickly.

Yes. You can adjust temperature, bloom time, pulse count and the gap between pulses, and save and share profiles through the app. Building a recipe on the dial can be fiddly, so many people prefer the app.

It is not essential, but a narrow spout gives you better control over flow rate and where the water lands. That control makes it easier to pour consistently, which matters more with filter methods than with immersion brewers.

Pour over and drip brewing suit a grinder that produces an even, repeatable filter grind. The right choice depends on budget and whether you also make espresso, so ask our team or compare options in a showroom.
