Gaggia Classic and Baby Spares
Gaggia is an Italian espresso brand, and the Classic is a long-running home machine that has since been followed by Classic Pro versions. Because so many Classics are still in daily use, the parts that wear are well understood, and this range covers the most common ones along with a Baby steam valve.
The Parts That Wear
The group head seal is often the first to tire, and leaks at the group are the clue. A clogged solenoid valve can cause weak flow or dripping while steaming, and a leaking steam valve shows up as a wand that weeps when hot. Boilers, seals and the shower screen round out the usual repair list.
Matching Your Version
The Classic has been revised over the years, so part numbers in titles are worth noting, such as those on the group head, boiler and steam valve listings. Compare them with your old part, and ask us if anything is unclear before you order.
Support From Jetblack
Our workshop and spare parts store can help with Gaggia repairs, and the team can explain what each part does. If you are weighing up a new machine, our showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, Newcastle and Kiama have many machines on display, and barista courses can help you get more from the one you own.
