Jetblack Espresso is the Australian distributor for Profitec, which builds espresso machines in Germany for home and small café use. We stock the full range, service every Profitec machine in our own workshop and carry genuine parts.

  • Profitec GO 2.0: compact single boiler with PID, for espresso and the occasional milk drink.
  • Pro 400, Pro 500 PID and Jump: heat exchangers with E61 groups, for households making two or three milk coffees in a row.
  • Pro 600 and Drive: dual boilers. The Drive adds flow control for profiling each shot.
  • Pro 800: a spring lever machine for people who want hands-on control.

Every Profitec machine carries a two-year parts warranty. See them side by side in our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, Newcastle and Kiama showrooms.

Frequently asked questions

Online here, or in our showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, Newcastle and Kiama, where you can try machines side by side.

Two years on parts, as with every Profitec, Ascaso, Lelit, ECM and Rocket machine we sell.

Our own technicians, who also stock the parts. Book a service at any showroom.

For espresso and the occasional milk drink, the GO 2.0. For two or three milk coffees in a row, the Jump or Pro 500 PID. For serious home baristas, the Drive. For a side-by-side view across brands, see our best home espresso machines.

With regular cleaning and servicing, a Profitec machine can last decades. Parts stay available, and as the Australian distributor we stock them and service the machines ourselves.

Not much: clean the group and steam wand daily, backflush regularly, and have the machine serviced about once a year.

Why Choose Profitec Coffee Machines?

When coffee means something to you, you need a coffee machine you can trust every single time. Profitec coffee machines have been engineered with German precision, and the company's commitment to innovation means every sip is powered by the best in coffee technology.

Our Range of Profitec Coffee Machines

Whether you prefer a single boiler, heat exchanger (HX), dual boiler or dipper system (lever), Profitec has machines for you. We recommend the Profitec GO, a compact single boiler machine with a ring brew group, and the Profitec Drive, a Dual Boiler machine with a Fast Heat-Up Mode for speedier espresso and a built-in Pressure Profiling Valve for better control over water flow.
