Timemore hand grinders and scales
Timemore focuses on manual brewing gear: portable hand grinders and compact scales. Grinding by hand takes a little effort, but it needs no power point and suits small batches, travel and filter coffee at home.
Chestnut X and Chestnut X LITE
The Chestnut X has a CNC-cut aluminium body and 42mm conical burrs with a spiked profile that breaks beans into chunks before the lower cutting edges take over. It has two-dial adjustment: 24 main positions plus a fine dial add up to 120 settings, enough to move from espresso to pour-over. The handle folds, and the catch cup holds about 30 to 35g. The LITE sits alongside it, and our team can explain how the two differ.
The C3 grinder
The C3 is also listed in this collection. Pop in or get in touch and we can talk through how it compares with the Chestnut X models for the way you brew.
Scales for repeatable coffee
Weighing your dose and your yield is the quickest way to make a good cup repeatable. The Mini Espresso Scale and the Black Mirror Basic 2 are both here for that job.
Manual or electric?
A hand grinder trades speed for portability and a smaller footprint. If you make several drinks a morning, an electric grinder may suit better. We stock both, and the team can help you decide.
