Lelit Bianca Service Kit - contains the usual parts needed for a routine Lelit Bianca PL162T service. There are two main options, for minor and major services.

Minor Service kit - If your machine has been serviced within the past 18 months it will generally only need the following:

• 8.5mm group seal
• E61 Shower screen
• 3 x valve seals
• 2 x cam seals
• molykote lubricant
• anti-vacuum valve
• loxeal 50ml tube (for sealing anti-vac seal to boiler)
• 6 x o-rings (for steam/water valve shafts + flow control shaft)
• 1 x Pair of Nitrile Gloves (Size M, contact us if you require L)
• water reservoir filter

Major service kit - If it has been up to 5 years since your machine has been serviced, you may require the major service kit which includes:

• 8.5mm group seal
• E61 Shower screen
• 3 x complete valves
• 1 x cam
• 2 x cam seals
• Molykote lubricant
• E61 teflon seals
• Mushroom bottom o-ring
• anti-vacuum valve
• loxeal 50ml tube (for sealing anti-vac seal to boiler)
• 2 x steam/water rear valve seals
• 6 x o-rings (for steam/water valve shafts + flow control shaft)
• 1 x Pair of Nitrile Gloves (Size M, contact us if you require L)
• water reservoir filter

There are also two additional optional add ons:

If your machine does not have a 4 way brass hose fitting installed (or for if this fitting needs replacement), you will need to select the Brass 4 Way Fitting option. This includes the following:

• 4 way brass hose fitting
• 1m 8x4mm silicone hose

Most (but not all) Biancas use an 8.5mm E61 Group Head Seal. If you are not sure which size group head seal you have been using on your machine, we recommend selecting the additional group seal option which adds the following:

• 8mm group seal
• 0.8 mm spacer
• 0.5 mm spacer
